Does the mandatory e-invoicing requirement apply to me?
Yes, if your business operates in France. E-invoicing is becoming mandatory for all VAT-registered businesses, phased in from September 2026 (for receiving invoices) — issuing invoices follows a timeline based on company size, running through to 2027 for the smallest businesses. This is a French-specific obligation, not a general EU-wide rule. Our ERP is designed to bring you into compliance without you having to manage the technical side yourself.
